HORRIBLE!!!! They treat you like cattle! The pre-surgery room is about 8’x 10′ and 12 patients are all in there with tarps between you. You can see the people across from you. You can touch the person next to you. It is LOUD and you …
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area. Only 4 stars because they neglected to let me know when my wife was ready for surgery. They didn’t call me up until surgery was done whereas I thought there might be some complications in prepping her. For her second surgery they kept me in the loop much better.

They only allow 1 person in with patient, essentially forcing my very young child to chose between his mother and father (one of the worst things you can do to a kid!) Still using covid as the excuse, nonsense! Apparently this is the only medical center that is following “nys guidelines”!?
