Bristow Medical Center is a licensed hospital providing 24-hour emergency and general acute care as well as a range of inpatient and outpatient services.
Very rude people working in the ER and not to mention I called and gave the guy all of the complete information and was then told that me leaving my info to have such patient to contact me would and is against the government discretion. Dr lowery hmmmm what a doctor you are.
People that give this place a bad review are usually not so pleasant people so the staff reacts accordingly big surprise right. You wanna be mean to people that are trying to help you what do you expect them to do be a door mat and let you walk all over them? If so your a coward these people are great caring people
I agree with the other 1 star reviews. They would not let me go back with my mother (she was having heart attack symptoms). I can only assume they didn’t want witnesses of poor care. They told me it was law I could not go back with my mother. Edit to 3 stars because my mother said she received good care.
Rude ER staff that take forever to see patients. Night shift is the worse both the clerk up front and the nurse Julie in the ER we’ve dealt with twice. Depends which doctor is there how quick you get seen whether you’re the only patient or there are several.

We’ve had numerous experiences both with the ER and urgent care. I’ve always been completely satisfied with the care from both places. The doctors and nurses are very kind and reassuring. I’d recommend Holly at the urgent care to anyone. She is a wonderful doctor/PA.

Bristow hospital is a joke and people know it. Save your time and money and go to Hillcrest South.
Nursing care is above standard. Willing to work with family and patients. Helpful with advice.

Dont bring your loved ones here, its one of the worst emergency rooms around they wait an hour before helping anyone and the care is horrible

I got great care at BMC during 1 surgery and 2 er visits which included admissions. All the staff treated me well and got me up and home in good time.
