  2. I have been trying to get a representative on the phone for 2 days now and it keeps telling me someone will be with me shortly then after like 5 min’s sends me to a voicemail box yesterday the voicemail was accepting messages today it is not.

  3. JWSC was extremely responsive to our inquiry via Facebook Messenger. It was a challenge to get ahold of anyone via the phone but once we contacted them via Facebook, we received a helpful and thorough response.

  4. They don’t answer the phone, and after a period of time, on-hold, force you to leave a message for callback. That’d be fine, but no one ever calls back! I tried three times in as many days.

In my particular case, Olivia Cummings was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and thorough. She took the time on several occasions to work with me so that I could complete my payments and tasks on time.
