Terrible ER. Have been there myself for a coughing issue where I would cough so hard I’d almost pass out, eyes had popped blood vessels and face was bruised the pressure in my head was so bad. Got dismissed for having bad allergies, finally …
They need to make up their minds of what hours they are going to open up. Shows online 8:30 a.m. and husband has an appointment at 8:30 a.m. and doors are still locked. And on door says 9 a.m.
Dr Jasper has been awesome working with my husband to get the proper diagnosis for his pain and increasing symptoms.
Very quick in getting tests done to get the healing on the right track!
Boyfriend went to er and the er doctor wouldnt even look at him just gave him 3 different pills and told him to go see family doctor and er doctor very rude
The are working on payment arrangements for my medical debt and agreed to a settlement as long as my settlement is honored I wont update this review anymore…
WORST EXPERIENCE. The ER room had one other patient, plenty of workers sitting around watching basketball, talking about Facebook, and doing EVERYTHING but checking to see how my relative was doing.
Not worth your time to use the walk in clinic, been here a few times for my wife and I, just drive the extra mile and go somewhere else, all they do is guess and tell you to follow up with your own doctor
Worst hospital around my family, friends, employees will NEVER! GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANY REASON! That quear of a Dr. Should be fired he has no right giving people advice and ignoring there medical complaints.
Walked in, waited roughly 45 mins but lobby was full. Was greeted and seen by wonderful staff and doctors, very friendly atmosphere. Be patient, nice place for quick after hour visit.
Wonderful experience with staff. They were kind and attentive, I didn’t wait very long to be seen, but I would have. It’s close and convenient location makes it also easier to access from my home.
I was suppose to get an appointment the following business day after being seen in the ER. When I called for an appointment I was told that I couldn’t be seen for three days. When day of appointment came, I was told that I was an hour late …
They are rarely rude to me or unprofessional but some of them lack the skills required for the job I feel. We would go in about a problem with our child and they would completely disregard what we thought and say our child was fine and …

Husband went to Urgent Care. They set up an “appointment” at 7, didn’t see him until 8, he didn’t leave until 9. Two hours later! Super slow service, disappointed.
My 50-year experience with Medical Associates has been totally positive. I have found the doctors and staff to be friendly and eager to help. They have, in fact, gone above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion.
I’m sitting in the waiting room. Listening to the nurse “Joni” bi$:tch about me coming in and saying “why didn’t she go to her regular doctor!?” There was more. These doors aren’t sound proof and this is VERY unprofessional. Terrible place to be seen!!!
I love them all they are very thoughtfull I think they do alot! When I came in the scheduled all the other visits that was recommended for me to do to follow my care. And the follow it too..
Husband has chronic COPD, asthma, and it gets worse every year, so much we usually make 2 trips a year to the er. The nurse helping us first stated we didn’t need to be here if he had a nebulizer at home, not seeming to care at all how bad …
Absolutely worst hospital in the state and everybody knows it’s called the band aid station for a reason. I went in for an anxiety attack and had a nurse tell me that my ex-husband is getting married who I hadn’t been married to in 4 years. …
Went with my husband to the ER and right when the PA walked in he asked what are motivation was for being there like we were wrong or drug seeking. We are not habitual occupants of the ER and only go if we feel we cannot wait to see the …
Highly don’t recommend the er. Cathy was very rude an told me that my fever can’t be delt with. Have more then just a fever an she told me they can’t help me. Then proceeded to pretend to actuallly care then told me well you can come in we will get to you eventually.

The receptionist was completely rude to me when i was being cooperative and polite. It’s a shame that they have a monopoly in Independence.
