Rarely answer the phone. Long wait if so. Priced high. When on automatic delivery they fill when prices are premium and frequently. Wouldn’t recommend this service.

Buyer Beware !!!!!! I requested 100 gallons of fuel and they filled it. Then they charged me 3.78 a gallon which I thought was high. I researched and found other prices were around 2.39 a gallon. This place WILL screw you.

This is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. You can’t get a hold of anyone, they have no pricing on items to be repaired. I had the fire department at my house on Tuesday. The issue is still not solved. Ridiculous They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Customer service and pricing protection have plummeted with this company over the past 5 years. Billing discrepancies are common and nearly impossible to resolve. Oil prices are literally higher now than any other competitor in the area. Avoid.
If I could rate Buckley a zero I would. Service has degraded severely over the past three years, and gotten even worse since being bought by Petro. Looking for a new provider at present. Our whole experience with Buckley has been horrible.
Do your homework, and keep checking their own oil prices vs the market. They raised our oil price to $3.80 a gallon while other companies are charging less than $3 a gallon for oil. When I called to ask, they said we weren’t using enough oil so they raised the price per gallon to make up the difference without telling us.
Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. They have lied to us about price per gallon multiple times and have refilled us twice in 2 weeks for no reason (we had plenty of gas). They can’t even pretend to care or be helpful. Will never recommend to a friend.
Always takes them forever to answer the phone. The person who I “need to talk to” is never available. 2 weeks after refilling our tanks they continue billing us for amounts of propane that aren’t even possible to refill after only 2 weeks. The days they say they came and refilled, no one was there.
