Deserving of 0 stars. They do not return phone calls, emails, requests to shut off your water or remove a meter. They ignored 3 requests of mine to shut off water on a property of mine that was undergoing rehab work and the pipes burst over winter due to their negligence.

They are so rude, they won’t help you. I don’t have any water pressure in my house I called 4 times a week , they keep saying someone will come but no one came over. I told them my plumber did everything they could do, but they keep telling me it’s an internal issue and call a plumber. This people need to get fired ASAP.
