Call the company and they sent someone out same day, but the guy had no idea what he was looking at or talking about. He told me a supervisor would be calling and coming out to give the estimate and no one ever called or showed up.

I have had an annual contract with these guys for over 10 years. They are friendly, respectful of their customers, the techs are great, and they are minimalists when it comes to application, but I don’t have ANY bugs. Can’t get better than that.
