The upper management of this place is an absolute joke. They don’t have phone numbers and what numbers they do have they don’t give out. The upper management are extremely unprofessional and don’t care about the customers. Never setting my foot in this building again.
The absolute worst. Difficult to speak with someone, constantly going to the answering service. I feel like I am shamed for who I am by these people. Very unprofessional.

Burrell park is a filthy place, you get eaten by bed bugs, the staff for the most part are definitely not interested in what you have to say. You sit in the day room from the evening meal until 10o’clock at night
Not very helpful when you have family in crisis. More like they go out of there way to not help you. When people really need help they won’t get it soon enough from Burrell.

The facility is overwhelmed and do not treat their staff very well nor do they treat her Clients well either! I do have a case manager that comes to my home and that works much much better!
