I gave this place a 3 star rating, because I Love my Dr, and the nurse practitioner is wonderful, but I dread checking in because there are to many people standing at the counter when I check in, and if they ask why I am being seen it’s very public. Many times the receptionist are not friendly.

Everyone that works here is rude. Instead of hearing the complaints of the person being seen they are ignored. Also their billing department is very rude, demanding and if you have paid or filed bankruptcy they still demand you pay again. Unacceptable. I do not recommend seeing any doctors in this town. Go to Springfield.
There’s at least one nurse here who “just doesn’t wear gloves”. I have no words to describe how much I reccomend people NOT go here, especially during a global pandemic. PPE is bare minimum to protect yourself and others. If I didn’t have covid before visiting Burton Creek for a covid test, I sure do know where I contracted it.

I called and asked if they ran the PCR testing for Covid because I live an hour away. My wife had a positive rapid test and our place of employment wanted her to have the PCR test done. Dr. Mills is a great, trustworthy, and a smart doctor. He knows his stuff. He always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are safe. He saved my sons life and I am so thankful for that. Great front desk. They are always so helpful and polite.
