My previously posted issue appears to have been resolved. I appreciate them addressing the matter.
I’ve called try to email them and went by there site and nobody answered and that’s not good
Sent two emails and called 3 times to resolve a bill issue and never got a response or call back.
Your mailbox is full. Nobody is answering your phone. I need someone to call me. I’ve left a message in your website contact me site as well.
They missed trash pick-up yesterday and no one answers the phone.

This company should be out of business . They don’t pick up trash half the time and when they do they leave the cans in the street to be hit . Very un reliable.
Great company and small family company that everyone works on the routes may not get someone in office sometimes. But the lady in the office is usual on a route .
How is someone suppose to get trash pickup when there phone number is a automatic system and they tell you to contact them by email and you never get a reply so much for supporty a local business

Just read all the negative reviews here!! This is a company that obvious could care less. You call and it’s always “Mailbox is full” If you are lucky enough to leave a message they do not call you back! Just do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
No longer takes recycling and unwilling to answer the phone or if you leave a message return your call. Right now the mailbox is full and you can’t even leave a message.

I’ve had service for 1 month, I’ve had to call them twice and tell them they hadn’t picked up trash. My understanding is that I’m paying for a weekly service??? When I do call them, all I get is a recording. No one ever answers the phone.
Not very punctual, we moved out of thier area almost 2 months ago and started calling to cancel leaving messages. 2 months in our new home and they charged for service this morning. Making a personal trip to thier office today.
Our experience has been outstanding, they have never missed a pick up, when I leave 2 can they empty both with never a word and their bill is taken from my checking so I never have to think about it. $20 a month is less than it would cost me to drive to the landfill once aweek, not to mention my time.
