Went there to pay bill. Very friendly,, and it didn’t even stink. Guess it is the nicest sewage treatment plant I’ve been to. Highly recommend for all your sewage needs.
I was made to pay a bill that was not mine. I sold a house to a family that was paying me to own the home. This family backed out on all of their utility bills. BASA made me pay the late bill to have the sewage put back on. They said bill always goes to deeded owner. I did not own the deed but was still made to pay the bill.
This company routinely fails to send a bill so I receive a “past due” bill a month later with a nice late fee. Also routinely fail to print a bill number on the bill so I have to call and ask them for this number so I can pay the bill. …
After getting a shutoff notice, I called to make a payment arrangement. They refused. I was getting paid the day after they were going to shut us off. The day after! I was hoping to make a partial pmt, but I told them we could pay in full …
