Had an account with them and they kept not picking up my trash so I stopped putting it out thinking something was wrong I called and they said they show it being picked up and basically called me a liar I said well why would I call you if there wasn’t a problem lol anyways resulting in me taking my own garbage to the dump from now on
Welcome to Pahrump. First time I put my garbage can out and someone steals my can. Valley Disposal says I am responsible for the lost can and the charge is $60+. Very upsetting.
Gladly will this maintenance crew you have in pahrump nevada need to do better inspections on the trash equipment TRUCKS and REPAIR those leaking hydraulic lines and cylinders also tighten those OIL DRAIN PLUGS and Filters

They will charge you even if they don’t pick up constantly. If you call they will be rude and talk to you like you’re a 12 year old kid. Not sure how some of these reviews say the lady’s are nice when they are not customer friendly.

I had a good experience speaking with them to find out what are options are in Pahrump. Pahrump is rapidly growing. The demand is growing and sometimes companies can’t maintain the growth and become rude as a result. They are the opposite – kind, friendly, and helpful. While we are exploring options – we will keep them in mind.
We missed our payment on the last cycle and when we realized it, we sent them a payment for this cycle and the last cycle immediately. The payment was mailed from our bank and it was received more than two weeks ago. C&S hasn’t processed …
