Need to be able to do more online. Wish there was better customer experience at the office. Need another water system in area to provide healthy competition.
Bill was paid online. They shut the water off a few hours later and said that we either had to pay the bill again or wait without water for another day until the payment posts even though we have the transaction number of the payment.
Total garbage. You have to go to their office to do pretty much anything, they shut off water late in the day so you don’t have time to drive over to their office and pay (only way they’ll accept payment), and the employees are extremely rude and dismissive. Not that this review will affect anything since they’re a monopoly…

There is a beautiful elderly woman here that yes, acts like an elderly woman. Some would say that she comes off as rude, but she’s perfect. Do not let that give you the wrong idea, the staff here is kind and helpful. Sometimes I have to get out my truck, sometimes I have to wait, but my business is always taken care of.
