They make you wait two to three hours past the scheduled appointment time to see the doc. This happened on two different occasions. I’ve seen faster, more efficient service in a village clinic of a third world country. No joke.
Really happy with the quality of care! They concluded that not only was I not really a candidate for surgery (with a very detailed explanation of why) but that there was a much lower cost fix to my problem. Problem solved without spending thousands of dollars!

Complete waste of time. I waited months to see an MD and then they tried to upcharge me for a prescription for glasses. Shouldn’t that be what an eye doctor does? I left without wasting more time waiting for a Doctor who was likely as incompetent and unscrupulous as his staff.
The staff where helpful and polite. With what I found out they also where caring and supportive. My doctor ( Nitin Nigam) was very informative and pushed to get me emergency assistance for my issue. He went above and beyond in his efforts as did the rest of the staff. I had a great experience with them although the out come scares me.
