I’ve been seen there a couple of times & I would not choose to go anywhere else for hospital treatment.
The staff is top notch in my opinion. I am going back today and I don’t have any doubts about the procedure .

I would have given it 0 stars but that wasn’t an option.I don’t recommend going to any Capital Region clinic, or they’re hospital.It took two days to get an anxiety medication refill, but before that I had to take a piss test that I’m sure they’ll bill me for.I never had to take one before.Ive been talking the prescription for 9 years.
Some of the doctors are fantastic (Ashraff, Smith-Haxton), but the billing is atrocious. It is a nightmare to get things sorted out.
Had all 3 of our kids here and changed all of our doctors to Capital Region physicians because they are wonderful.
My stay here was great. The entire staff of which I encountered were helpful and polite . Definitely feeling better than when I arrived .
Waited 3 hours for the doctor to come in my injury with finger a couple times and say put ice on it. No one came to check on me except for when I first got in.
Top notch service in the E.R department from each and every nurse from R.N to cat scan even the Dr!! Highly recommend Cap Region.
