The first week the toter hadn’t even been delivered yet, the second week they spilled a bunch of garbage in the ditch,the third week the guy took a look,scowled and left without taking the trash!!!!! I’m on the third week of service and am not impressed!
They’ve forgotten our garbage for the second week in a row it’s piling up at our neighbors house and our house and it’s summer it stinks so bad out there. They never put the bins back neatly against the house where they stay ALL the TIME. And half the time they don’t empty the smaller recycling bin.
Seneca County recycling pick up and they are TERRIBLE! Always leaving broken glass at end of my driveway, stuff all over my yard, never take all items even when i 100% know they should, have ruined and broken every bin i have by throwing it …
The service is mostly reliable except that we are never informed when a pickup has been delayed a day. Also, their prices have increased by over 34% in the past 4 years, over 8% per year. This, even though gas prices are at an all-time low. Shop around for a trash hauler!
Most reliable trash service by a long shot. I’ve never had a problem with getting anything picked up by Cardinal. The price is incredible inexpensive and their customer service is always pleasant and helpful.
I saw cardinal drivers dump recycling and trash into same bin 3x in a row, even after I notified company. Company was combative. Also did not pick up 2x at our address this summer.

I’ve been a customer for 4 weeks. They haven’t shown up on my pick up day for the last 3 weeks. Will be canceling and using another service.
