Office staff very rude and they talk to you like your dirt under there shoes. You call in with a question and they treat you like your not worth there time!!!!
Honestly can’t believe how horrible this company is. They go out of their way to make it difficult. I sympathize with anyone who deals with companies like this. One star is WAYYY better than deserved.
Can’t believe AEP hasn’t stepped in and put these tyrants out of business… Overpriced and unreliable.. FYI we can put them out of business by getting a petition together and forwarding it to AEP
Horrid company to deal with. Do not let them put a new meter on your house. Our bill has jumped to over $500 a month every month now after they put the new meter on&when the bill is pd lady is so very rude& says bill was never pd. Ridiculous headache. Definitely figuring out solar&getting off of their grid!

Horrible. Power has been out for about 8 hours over a broken pole. I find it hard to believe that it takes this long to replace. Last big outage was for 2 days. When I call, I get pretty much nothing. Thanks alot. I can almost guarantee that the two people giving 5 stars, work there.
One star is one too many for this awful company! Without power for 3 hours now on a 30 degree and lower night. When you call its impossible to make a report for outage took 12 calls to get a report made! Then they say they have no estimated …
