Electric went off at 1am. Back on at 2am. Thank you for getting it back in service so quickly with the sub zero weather. God bless all. You are deeply appreciated.
Corbin and the team at REMC continue to work and help me layout an old family farm for new usage and operations with 400 amp service. Thanks for the education and assistance to get us safe and operational Corbin!
A big thank you to the hard working men& women at remc.. Ice storm Tuesday temperatures in low 30s n very windy and your crews were out in that horrible weather to quickly restore our power.great job.thank you
I love this company. I used to be with Parke County recently. They were awful.
Carroll White has always been responsive and helpful
Worst company ever!!!! We’re military and have lived all over the country. (And in order countries.) I have never experienced so many power outages as I have with Carroll White. They have zero customer service, they bully their customers …
Crews replaced pole at my house today. New security light too. Great job in very fast time. 1 1/2 hr.
In the last 3 years our power has been out some where around 20 times. We live on the edge of the CWREMC service area and our neighbors are actually being connected to Duke. In that 3 year span those neighbors have lost power just 1 time. …
Depends on who you talk to but they’ve got a handful of the most entitled and Incredibly rude office workers. They push the pay as you go option way to hard to not have ulterior motives. To be frank when I move or go to buy a house I’m calling them to make sure I’m not in their service area.
