Office staff is not professional and have questionable insurance billing practices.
Just called to say my mother passed away. Cause she got a no show. All they said they take it off. And no condolences or sorry for your loss. Thought very rude
While this office location is convenient, I found their insurance billing practices to be very deceptive and misleading. I wish I would have seen previous reviews stating this prior to making an appointment.
If you want a LPN to check your eyes then go here. Worst eye exam ever! The doctor never checked my vision. The only thing he said about my vision was to buy the highest reader to see the computer screen. When asked how I can will see across the room his answer ways “You have to pick your battles”
