They didnt give a warning of disconnecting lights,i paid same day and was told lights will be on next morning and its 2 in after noon and noone has showed or turned back on lights…ridiculous and unprofessional
Depending on who you talk to in Customer Service there not too willing too help you even under circumstances you can’t control.
My electric bill has increased substantially over the last 8 years. With the passage of the tax bill I hope this will be reflected on the rates I am paying.

The workers are a joke! They don’t even have common sense god gave them to walk in the door and notify they will be turing off the power. Big companies like these need to be run out of town. Cant even hire someone capable of giving a heads up! Lets see if anyone returns my call or this guy will be reprimanded!
Everytime I have called with questions they are very rude and unprofessional. I’m disappointed we will have to go threw them again with our new apartment! Never had this issue with Ottertail.
As a user and member of the Cass County Electric Cooperative, I appreciate having power in rural cass. Staff have always been responsive and helpful. I like having a say in things as a member of the coop.

Always responsive to my residential needs, I have had to call only once for a billing issue, solved every time. Also, they are charitable in the community as well. Proud to be a member!
Would give them a zero!! Won’t hesitate to cut you off even being 8 days behind..Then when I called in they wanted the full amount,wouldn’t even work with us..sad really. not even a month behind! forces us to pay full balance! Wish we had a different company to choose from!
There is a reason this company has a low rating. Even when you pay your bill your still disconnected. They won’t listen to what you say and they are rude. When they answer the phone “hello” and not with the company name or their name you know it is not a professional company. Sad that electric companies can monopolize a community.
