Got sick on Saturday. Easily got an appointment time for the following Monday for a COVID test. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Extremely professional and efficient staff. Got my results back in 3 days.

There are always people at the front desk, any time you go there they have their things together and are very understanding and cooperative to a situation. They make me feel very comfortable and are the nicest people and do an amazing job. If I could to get my blood work done it would be there no doubt.
Front desk rarely has their stuff together. No online access to view labs. Had to bend over backwards to get them to FAX (won’t email or provide over the phone) lab results to me. Front desk made verbal confirmation of labs by shouting …

Very disorganized, needles laying about, staff doesn’t seem to care about wearing PPE to protect you, but will critique if your mask is not on tightly enough. Overall dirty and unhealthy environment. I would highly recommend finding another lab for your test.
