Worst experience ever. Treated poorly by staff and misdiagnosed, my CPTSD and dissociative state went unnoticed by staff/treated like an attitude problem and my abuser who put me there picked me up and took me right back to it. I was finally properly diagnosed later after more years and more significant trauma.

You get out of the programs what you are willing to put into them. I was able to finally find myself because during my second stay I decided to open up and deal with my issues rather than just going through the motions like I did the first time.
