I was called for my appointment within five minutes of arriving, the tech was positive, energetic and explained everything in detail. Dr Berlie, as I’ve always experienced, was welcoming, professional and kind. This is a wonderful organization and I recommend Dr Berlie without hesitation.

My cataract surgery is less than optimal.

Making the appt was really easy, I was seen fairly quick after checking in. Everyone that I interacted with was incredibly friendly.
A very friendly efficient staff. A doctor that took time to listen, and an assistant that did a thorough and effective exam. Each person explained what they were doing and they shared the results. Totally different than the previous medical clinic I was seen at.

My actual experience once I got into the building was excellent. However sitting outside in the Florida heat and humidity with a mask on is far from comfortable. My appt was at 12:50. I arrived early to allow plenty of time. However, I did not get into the building until 1:15. So I ended up outside for about 45 min or so.
