I’m still waiting on somebody to explain why my water has been shut off more than once with no explanation, apology, or concern. I pay my bill on time. EVERY.TIME.
I just found out about the new website after I tried to log in to look up my invoice. Why was there not an email announcing the change? Or a note in the last invoice? I’m disappointed I had to stumble onto the change just based on the feeling it was about time to pay the water bill.
