Their stubborn refusal to put the address on the waste bin meant that my parents had their bin stolen several times by HOA-Holes that made them stressed about putting out the garbage. The business was not interested in helping find a solution but only repeated “we have to get our bins back.” Not worth the stress.

Extremely rude customer service. I was asking about drop boxes and pricing and apparently they don’t like that. Refused to provide services, which is fine. Sanipac is much more affordable and actually has customer service skills.
