Terrible customer service.good thing they don’t have competition. That’s why free market is the way to go . You have to be nice or people go somewhere else!
This place is absolutely unprofessional I haven’t received a bill in the mail in 8 months or longer they tell me it’s the post office , I’ve been there it isn’t fb, their rude , and do not care about the customer period .
I dont understand why it takes so long to get a refund back after you move. But I do have to say they really good to turn your water on the same day that you move in.
Had meter problems and a water leak they had a guy out here in no time. Sorry I don’t have his name he worked in the dark for 2 hours and got us back up.
Not sure of his name but he was from Tallassee. Tryed to tip him he refused said it was his job. This guy rocks we need more people like this guy
RUDE and unprofessional office staff!! They know we don’t have a choice in service and it shows! I’ll never understand why bitter people choose to work in customer service. Also, their phone and internet site is down often..hire some decent IT and train your staff on decency!
I have two properties and had a problem with money only posting to one account so that it looked like I was past due on the other. I was afraid to call because of the reviews, but I talked to a very sweet lady who was very patient with me. Looks like things are looking up at CEWSA.
I have been a customer for 36 years. I have never had a problem with the smell and taste of the water until this Spring and Summer. I am now buying bottled water and using a filtered pitcher. I get annual water quality reports, but these folks have not addressed the taste and smell issues.
AUDRA or whomever the customer service lady is desperately needs a refresher course in Manners 101and Customer Courtesy 102. She is incredibly rude and if she doesn’t want to work, perhaps she should step aside and let someone that genuinely wants to work, take her position. Praying her day drastically changes!!

Rude, price gouging, unprofessional. Have no choice in water company or would leave them in a heartbeat.
