Just before my departure for overseas travel, I found myself with a case of poison ivy that just would not quit. Dr. Frisch worked me in, got me treatment, followed up with me and got me on the plane. I’m a fan.
I was turned away because I have Tricare for insurance. Tricare is the insurance for military members. I was not given an explanation, and when I asked if they could point me in the direction of another dermatologist I was told they didn’t know anything about others in the area.
I have had 2 appointments over the last several years and staff is always very friendly and efficient. I barely spend any time waiting for the physician.
I have been a patient with Dr Kroodsma for many years. He and the staff have always been kind, helpful, and professional. As a local medical professional this is the only practice for dematolagy in Peoria I would go to. They are the best.
My daughter literally got zero out of the visit and came home more depressed than when she went it. Rude nurse. Rushed doctor. I was sorry I set the appointment up in my attempt to “help” her.
My last experience there was with a doctor that had the personality of a cardboard cutout. But, I had a new doctor this time, Dr Beaudry. She was very thorough, kind and professional. Got me in and out very efficiently. Great experience.
