Well I won’t lie this cannot be biased, I’ll tell you the truth though they are nice people they will always help you and if you mess something up they will walk you through the steps to fix it, but come 4:30 in the afternoon they are gone

Have had this service for 4 years. When it works its ok. Every time there is a storm the service goes down for a least a day. Other times its down for no apearent reason.
Y’all, don’t even bother with central link. The negative reviews are all correct. Nextlink is 100000 times better in every aspect. Thank me later.

Internet goes out every time it rains. Goes out often when it doesn’t rain. The website rarely works, and all of a sudden I “don’t have an account” so I’m unable to pay my bill online like I have been doing so already.
Honestly, this is by far the worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Internet is incredibly inconsistent. Rarely will you get what you pay for, which is already well over what you will pay for cable. I recommend getting quotes from anyone else, like I am currently working on… Incredibly disappointing.
