The care my dad has been given is wonderful ! Before and after his hip surgery. They have taken care of my family. We were on vacation in Maine when dad broke his hip. I feel confidence in their network, as we are far away in South Central Pennsylvania.
My sister recently spent several days at CMMC. As a special needs individual she needs different types of attention than most patients. I love my doctors and the care I receive at CMMC but 50% of the bills I recreate wrong and I have to call them to get them corrected. I wonder how many people they are taking advantage of that don’t watch their billing as closely as I do. I’m begging to think this is something more than incompetence.
Horrid communication and poor service! I have been waiting on help from their inpatient intake for three to four weeks to only learn that now after making multiple calls consistently during that time that they cannot help me, and this is some severely miserable service. This location is pitiful and deserves zero stars!
No one in that place actually knows what they are doing I have been dealing with the same symptoms sense thanksgiving and still have them I have called over 20 times to try to get answers but all the doctors and nurses just push it off.
The type of care that they provide to their patients is ridiculous. If you have any family members in care of cmmc I would highly recommend you pay attention to your beloved and their care. Also, watch for pressure sores. Keep up on their care and watch for neglect.
