My lights went out, I called the company and they promptly arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. I am very grateful to you for your promptness.
Every time I call, they don’t pickup the phone, also before they changed out the meter I was paying $230 a month but after the meter was changed out, now my bill is $320 a month and it seems to get higher every month.I will change review if the company works with me and solve the issue…
Always having problems with the site and viewing the usage while on the budget plan. I don’t understand why an actual PDF bill can’t be sent out that tracks the usage alongside the amount paid. I will say that I’ve always had prompt responses to emails though.
My power flickers off and on almost every day. Sometimes several times throughout the day. “Our crews are busy” yet i have not seen one truck. That can’t be good for my furnace and appliances. I worry one day it will shut off for good. I miss reliable electricity.
