I have had multiple reasons to visit over the last few years. Every person I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and welcoming, wait times are short, the locations are convenient and well maintained.
Worst customer service I could ask for. They hide behind billing codes rather than listen to the patient. I will not use them again. Be careful what you ask for because if it is miscoded, they won’t care about your bill.
The people that work there are mean. I’ve seen multiple HIPPA violations there as well.

The staff was extremely nice. The waiting times were not long. The lady who saw me was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable.
The schedulers, receptionist, technician and facility we’re great. It was the reading of the CT scan that was the problem. The radiologist didn’t say anything about the things in his report that the neurologist found by looking at the scan. I’m a little wary of the radiologist reports.
Horrible, my doctor wanted my MRI done, I told them today is the only day I have available. Because they don’t know how to schedule right, I don’t get to know what is going, so I get to live in pain. Staff is very cold, and unfriendly.
Waited 40 minutes after the appointment to finally get called back. They said appointment was at 215 but wanted us to be there at 130 to put an iv in. 205 is not 130. Unacceptable, I should get a discount for having my time wasted
