Lost power 6 days ago, all TCEC phone numbers are answered by machine. No communication, just a recording saying we are working to restore power, but it could be days. 1 star because you can’t post 0 stars.
So disappointed with CTEC. Every time I call about the 02/21 outage I get a different answer or excuse. At one point they tried to tell me that my power was up and running when I’m sitting in my house with nothing. All I’ve gotten is the run-around. Thanks for nothing CTEC. When your customers needed you the most, you failed us.
Still no communication from ctec as to what after 10 days without power..on grape creek rd …we r still without power..
And we have an electrical line draping the road across the stree . I would be much more understanding if they had communication and maybe some empathy.
