Only giving four stars so y’all can see this. We have been here for an hour waiting on the er crew to get me checked in and it’s getting rediculous but they just barley let two other people through even though they don’t “have rooms” and the lady at the front desk was rude when I asked where they were at on rooms. Horrible!!!
I received a Kenalog shot in my shoulder which I was unaware it was Kenalog itself but they referred to it as the generic name. I was unaware of side effects and because of incorrect placement of this shot it is now causing muscle atrophy in my shoulder.

Been here many times in the past since their remodel it’s gone downhill. To get tested for COVID you have to go to there clinic physically see a doctor and get a referral to get a COVID test. It seems dumb to go where sick people are to get tested. Also avoid Dr. Taylor locals know but people out of town don’t. Ask anyone in Nephi
3 ER visits, first time tell me to take Mucinex. Not till after the 3 rd ER visit do they do anything and prescribe steroids and some antibacterial meds. All in all a month long. And still sent me home in great pain, without anything to help me.
