Frequent outages. Never any information about when it will be back or why it’s out. Opaque customer service, “your electric service is out”. Yes, I know.
Poor customer service from the “Big Corporation”. They don’t want to work with people when their situations become dire……this is the way of the world now. Sad. Very sad.Don’t think it can’t ever happen to you.
Great customer service; every person I’ve spoken to either in person or on the phone has always been courteous. We’ve had a couple of outages and the response has always been quick and the issues were resolved in a timely manner.
Rain, snow, ice, or thunderstorm outages….and CVEC comes right away and gets our power turned back on as soon as they possibly are able. They have always sent a nice crew who all work hard to make sure we all have power back on as quickly as possible on our road. Thank you CVEC!!
Poor customer service, returning customers only because it’s the only option for power in the area.
Power has been very reliable for the 11 years I have been a customer, and the couple of times it went out, they quickly got it restored.
Our power is seldom out and any time we’ve had problems or questions, we’ve received prompt responses. We needed help recently with moving lines so our well can be fixed and CVEC was far more helpful and available than the well company and …

I have been a CVEC customer for 10 years. During the past ten years, I repeatedly call to have a pole light removed so that a tree that is threatening my house and power lines can be removed. For ten years, I have seen no action from CVEC. …
Needs better Customer service especially when the power goes out after hours. Very little information is provided and there is no one to call, literally and figuratively left in the dark. Figure it out!

What a consciously uncaring organization. I’m medically ill and in a wheelchair. These people will not wait one day for their money. They cut me off once already and promise to do it again. On top of the 700 dollar security deposit.
