Imagine your shock when you have a 750 credit score and are denied a credit card after being told by a representative that you would have no issues getting approved.
Hands down the worst bank ever. They do everything and anything to work against their customers, like reject wire transfers. This bank should be reported to the federal government.
I had an account here with Tanya Parker Clark and she cleaned it out when my direct deposit hit. There should be safe guards against incidents like this.
Very nice staff I must say. Problem is they are still behind the times technology wise. I understand that they are a small credit union in a small community however there are to many choices available to have to endure the strife of dealing with a C.U. working on 1980’s technology. There online banking is particularly behind the times.

How can a bank have no deposit via ATM, in this day and age all banks should have deposit options via ATM. What if you can’t get to the bank during banking hours. They need to update their systems !!! Other than that the staff is very nice and helpful !

If speed is a priority for you with your banking, CCU probably isn’t your best option. If friendliness is what you’re looking for, it’s very much a small town feel.
