this is the worst company i have seen i have dealt with many in my 35 years they do not show up when they say they will they are rude disrespectful threaten and always blame the issue on there customers they have changed my billing date 3 times
I called on Monday because we have a crackling sound and hard to hear. Called me back at 3:11 to say someone would be coming no one showed up and I called Tuesday afternoon no one showed up. I called Wednesday morning and still waiting for someone.
I want to THANK CTC for the quick service call yesterday and solving my phone issue…my phone was dead…my fault! My new cordless is working great! So sorry your Tech had to come out in the freezing cold temperature. Great customer service👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 …
I grew up in RP and never ever had any problems with CTCs telephone service. A great team, well run and in business since the turn of the 20th Century. It takes extreme dedication and a willingness to go the extra mile to stay in business …
Experiencing yet another outage which as of this time has lasted 2 plus days with no resolution and it happens all the time. Writing this review off my cell phone at that is the only way I can get on the internet, yet again.
The wifi is just so terrible it feels as if someone in the company is manually turning off and on the internet. Beginning of every period the internet goes out. Made me late for attendance. About to win a game and then the internet goes …
Always helped right away and they always call me back the next business day if I leave a message. Switching to fiber optic was the best decision my mom and I had made. Had a few hiccups when it was first being installed but now I wouldn’t go back to dsl or dial up every again.

The customer service was fine but the WiFi is just slow and not worth it
Employees are nice, but didn’t even try to keep our business when we said we were switching. Internet speed is awful and lags constantly.
