Chaparral water is so much better. Better customer service and it is cheaper.
The water is wet, it gets delivered, but is pretty expensive. Will complement them on their website payment system.
Worst water company ever Chapparel was so much better this ia a canadian company running a water company in Arizona wow..Customer service is a joke and the old lady in office is rudest person ive ever met
The absolute worst utility on the planet. This company has zero customer service and can care less about their customers. I wish that there was an alternative to this arrogant company.
Good luck talking to a real person. I went round and round and finally got an option to speak to someone when it said “Technical Difficulties, Goodbye!” then hung up. Is this a real company?
Major water line break caused this morning by EPCOR. Call to their call center to enquire…Clueless! What great customer service, you guys should be proud!
Since Epcor has taken over our water system the water pressure is so weak that showering is a joke. If I run my faucet in the kitchen sink there is not enough water pressure to run the sprayer to squirt off dishes.
Phone welcome menu requires account number. If new account, you don’t have that. Haven’t received their bill yet, and I get a call threatening collection. Waiting forever on hold for a representative. Then she transfers me to the …
They have been charging me double every month and when I call to talk to them I’m on hold for 45 minutes each time when they cut me off and I have to start over. I’ve been trying for a week!
Tried calling customer service and was disconnected three times and I am unable to access my online account, receiving an error message advising to try again later so bascially no way to access customer service. Looks like I have to give 1 star but it should be 0.
I set up autopay with my bank and Epcor refused to accept the payment. Then got haseled for none payment so I tried to set up auto pay through them. Still hasn’t happened. I have been running business for fifty years, and I believe that this business should cease to exist!
Trying to start service and have been on hold for 40 minutes.
Finally after 35 minute hold on the second day a lady answered and said that the system had been down. She was nice and friendly and was able to get my water service started.
This company ( Epcor of Fountain Hills , Az.) during July and August ,2020 charged us $402 and $1275 respectively for water that was recorded by their newly installed water meter . After a long dispute with them , they deducted $500 . We …
My father recently(3 days ago) purchased and moved into a home in Fountain Hills and we called them to get out water connected. Long story short they put us on hold for 3 min and then when they finally take us off hold they state “I am …
My water bill more than doubled in the last year. I called and questioned the increase and she said I might have a leaky toilet. Seriously? My bill went from $60 to $120 because of a leaky toilet? …
Even though I had to call the emergency line twice for someone to come out, Craig came and ended up helping us tune the water out really quickly! Super nice gentleman!
I have been on hold for 45 min no one is picking up the phone to help me set up my account for the home I just purchased. We have no water, so not only am I able to get a hold of them-they now turned the water off. Makes zero sense why they would not be willing and capable to help me pay them for water.
We have been forced to be an Epcor Water customer for 20 years, 20 miserable years. No hold is ever less than 10 minutes, oblivious unmotivated employees. They truly define the visual of 3 guys leaning on shovels watching the water run …
