I was impressed with how the mass vaccination at the coliseum was handled. I was there the difficult first day, and again yesterday. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful under two very different sets of circumstances. Well done CHAS. Thank you.

Well the receptionist I delt was guided rude all three times I was there. I didn’t catch her name she was the black female. So when it your turn avoid her.
The phone system and staff who take and route calls are poor,young and no problem solving skills. They don,t listen and on put you on hold for the longest time. Their triage nurses do nothing helpful but tell you to go to urgent care. …
