Its a monopoly the plans start one price and jump up the month after you sign up i dropped a service and they said i had to pay for it still but i would be credited but it never happened and they just talked their way out of returning my money in any form

If I could, I would put 0 stars. This service is one of the worse I have encounter. The connection and download speeds are terrible and the price is way too high for what they offer.
