Cheyenne Regional Reviews ( 207 )

  1. Some higher up named Tara kicked lambs out in the cold while the nurses were taking care of them and she should be fired for just being an awful person. And if you’re reading this Tara you’re literally the worst and I can’t imagine anyone i your family actually loves you

  2. Horrible horrible, I went into the neurology department for nerve damage and they said it’ll be about 2 or 3 days before I could hear my results. It’s been 4 months!!! And now the billing department started calling me wanting me to pay all …

  4. the staff was rude, inefficient, seemed they forgot about me and treated like my care didnt matter…worst experience ever. And they couldnt even tell me what was wrong lol.

  5. Waiting in emergency room for a hour and a half and when we were seen they hadn’t done basic steps to check the problem had to wait another hour…vould have stayed home and been in pain at my own house at least…staff was nice at least whenever we finally saw them

  6. I very much dislike our Hospital here in Cheyenne the staff sucks to say the least. The Dr’s are very uncaring and do not look out for your best interest at all

  7. My husband had to spend almost a week in this hospital.. Being from Texas this hospital was by far the best hospital we ever been to.. Nicest people ever! & very professional!

  8. Most incompitent group of idiots ever in one place I might be just a paramedic but ain’t stupid there standard of care is mid evil at best they rather be politicians than physians

  9. I wanted to thank the ER and Cardiac staff for all their help. You helped me be better and understand my situation. Thank You. I only dropped a star because food was yucky.

  10. If you have an emergency be prepared to be treated like crap…being hospitals are businesses you’d think they have some kind of guidelines for compassionate employees…not here!…the only compassion my daughter saw was in the pediatric …

  11. They wouldn’t let me pay remotely for a physical appointment for my dad.
They refused service. This is unfortunate because I live in another state which makes it hard to take care of him.

  12. There very rude in the er an then my better half found a dirty glove on the bed i was on
an im still in pain..no im not a pill popper been in pain for weeks very unprofessional.they are rudest people dont ask them bout covid19

  13. I called to see if the lab could run the test. I arranged a time to drop off the sample. When we arrived, they said sorry they weren’t talking samples today, after driving 1.5 hours.

  14. I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Leduc nearly cost me my life. If you ever are told to see Leduc… GET OUT! He prescribes psychotropic drugs without warning, lies about what medicine does, and convinces you that you’re the crazy one.

  15. Just seeing the care that they gave my great grandmother while she was here was just fenominal. The nursing staff was polite and upbeat as well as professional. Thank you to the cheyenne regional medical center.

  16. This hospital is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC, the staff was rude, the billing department is EVEN WORSE. I would rather drive all the way to Fort Collins for care then go to Cheyenne Regional, worst experience in medical care.

  17. The is the worst hospital I have been to in my whole life. As for personal care it is all automated and you can’t ask a question and getting access to results of tests is made very difficult with no option to leave the hospital with info. Go somewhere else it will be hundreds of dollars cheeper.

  18. The nurses where not taking there time and patience with my wife. She is 38 weeks pregnant. We asked to live because we did not want to be here no more. We are thinking of next time going to the hospital in Greeley Colorado then here. It is 12:42 am Feb 15 ,2018.

  19. Beware!! Hospital is in network, but staff hired in the ER are out of network (even though you don’t get to pick your ER doctor! Or in our case a nurse because no doctors were working!) Wrote a letter after we were charged and never got a …

  20. This place cannot even be referred to as a hospital. I was admitted and going through tests. I asked my doctor if I could get up and walk around, which I did only to be accosted by the so called security guards telling me I can’t do that. …

  21. Both my wife and myself have had nothing but first class treatment during our stay and surgeries here in the CRMC. Much has changed under the new CEO. There is a determined effort to face up to and overcome the many shortcomings that have …

  22. Emailed CRMC about my treatment in the ER. Even called a week or so after to see why no one has contacted me. All I got was sorry we’ll have someone call you. No one ever called! Emailed them again about another issue again no return …

  23. BEWARE!!! The Emergency Room contracts with a physician group that doesn’t accept insurance, so even if the hospital accepts your insurance, YOU WILL BE BILLED SELF PAY FOR THE PHYSICIAN SERVICES. I would rather drive to Fort Collins.

  24. My husband just left the emergency room with 146/96 blood pressure oxygen level of only 90 he couldn’t breathe and they sent him away saying there was nothing they can do. You best believe if something happens to him they will hear from my lawyer for sure!!!!!!

  25. Billing has no idea what they are doing. They can call me 15 times about a balance of $25 but i can’t get a call back from someone that can answer a question.
Also there is more managers than staff at this hospital. I needed help and there …

  26. My doctor admitted me for unable to thrive/ adult. They just fed me full of food and let me out in less than 24 hours with the same dagnosis. Doctors were nice but, The nurses were not

  27. I was there for 5 hours and apparently I was forgotten about, had to go back to reception after being very patient, after finally being let in the back I had to sit in the hallway and a dr gave me a rx instead of actually helping me, these people are a joke and have absolutely no interest in helping anyone

  28. This place is the single worst medical facility I’ve ever been too. If you can avoid it DO SO AT ALL COSTS. They overcharge you just as any medical facility will. I was charged over 1,000 dollars to sit for four hours and be given pain …

  29. Services rendered are average at best. RN did blood pressure of 12 yr old with cuff over a large coat which register at 140ish/110ish and said everything looked good. Saw a NP but got billed for out of network attending MD. But the real …

  30. This is the best hospitol I have ever stayed in. I was travelling on I 80 when I had to have emergency surgery. The surgeon was great, the doctors was great, the nurses and CNA’s was very professional and cheerful. The food and selection tasted very good. If you need a hospitol this is the place.

  31. The nursing staff is the saving grace of this place and the only reason I give it as much as two stars. For the doctors, I’m guessing Cheyenne is where you can still practice medicine when you graduated in the bottom half of your medical …

  32. A very serious bite to my left knee from Pit Bull. I can’t find one bad thing to say about the treatment I received at CRMC. Very professional Staff in the ER to say the least. I believe that they probably saved my knee. They even called me …

  33. I am in orth/neur floor and the staff have been above and beyond fantastic. PT/OT have been in and very helpful. PICC/MIDLINE team excellent. THE nurses and cnas busy as they are just amazing. I feel very lucky to have gotten these amazing people over my care.

  39. My husband and I went into CRMC last night because I’m 12 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness hadn’t allowed me to keep anything down all day. We didn’t have to wait long for a room, and the staff was quick and very friendly. They checked on me often and answered all my questions and concerns right away. Great place!!!

  40. Terrible terrible would rather die before going here again. Was in ER for couple hours they ran a test gave me a prescription said see an ENT doctor and collected over 4000 from my insurance and 1200 from me. And if that isn’t bad enough now …

  41. I waited 5 hours to speak with a doctor about potential blood clotting. After all of this they wanted me to wait additional time to run 3 separate tests. Nursing staff was unorganized and the biggest waste of my time. I will not make the mistake of visiting this hospital again.

  42. This place is so incompetent I’d be scared to go back. Ken & Samantha in billing can’t do their jobs. Ken was snooty, judgmental, and apparently didn’t deal with ‘financials’ even though he’s in billing. He was rude and couldn’t read …

  43. Hawley was the worst nurse I have ever dealt with. I should have not been yelled at for asking a question about a test that I didn’t need and trying to say that I DIDN’T HAVE HEART PAIN. If there was a choice between this hospital and …

  44. HORRIBLE! Without notifying me, they sent my bill to a collection agency, even after they had agreed to allow me to pay $100 monthly and I had faithfully paid that amount every month! I owed $200, which I wanted to pay off today, so I …

  47. Avoid this place if you can. ANY ONE MILITARY AVOID THIS PLACE. I make my payments every month 2x a month. On a plan. I asked someone in person if that was ok. She said yes as long as payments are made. I get a phone call stating it’s not …

  51. I had same day surgery here. I thought the care they provided was good. The nurses were really nice, and everybody was very helpful. The reason I only gave 2 stars was because when the nurse unfolded the “clean” blanket that was on my bed, …

  52. The nurses were so nice to my Dad. They always joked and laughed with him. Many of the doctors and nurses thought my Dad was a old cranky but funny guy. They were very good at managing his strokes and pnumonia. The cafeteria has some …

  55. Went in for left kidney pain. The PA was amazing along with the nurses. They were super busy and still made sure comfortable and in as little pain as possible. Found out I passed a kidney stone and it was the after effects that were causing issues. Very thankful for the wonderful care. Highly recommended hospital.

  56. this Hospital is a joke. Come to er and my poor wife is screaming in pain and there is just no since of ergency. She was rolled back for a cat scan and ask a nurse for help with her feet because she is in excruciating pain and had eyes …

  58. Best hospital experience I’ve ever had. Also the first ER visit, but at what cost? I’d never needed the ER and I hope I never have to return. Two bills: one hospital, $800, one doctor IN the hospital, $500. Accidental puncture with a …

  59. Everyone here was great! I’d recommend this hospital to anyone! The staff in the ER was friendly and caring. The surgical team was amazing and the care I received afterwards was great!! 61. From the time I was taken via AMR to returning home Less than 3 hours. I was checked for blood clots foot X-RAY’S wrapped, and given a ride home! No 5th degrees, no reporting the same thing to every staff member, Courteous service and a transport home service, made this as pleasant an experience as could be!!

  64. On 12/08/2020 went in due to extreme pain on face from massive infection. Front staff at ER at 2:00 am outright refused care stating “masks are required” back away from the desk and just sat there until i put a mask on which then amplified …

  73. This place is simply disgusting! The doctors are very incompetent and think they are knowledgeable and smart doctors, they do not listen to their patients and their concerns. I do not understand why some doctors are so cocky here, and think …

  74. The regular hospital is great. I had three visits there for heart related issues. The doctors were amazing and the nursing staff was very attentive and great as well. The ER however was a far less satisfying experience. They didn’t take my injury seriously and the nurse was rude.

  75. If I could give zero stars I would. had multiple surgeries for separate random things. Through insurance should have only paid $8,000 and am now paying over $50,000 because they did not submit bills in time to the insurance. They WAY …

  91. No one wants to go to the hospital, but so times it’s inevitable. My mom suffered a stroke, which no one discovered until this facility. She received excellent and compassionate care. My main disappointment was with the folks that answer …

  92. Just had our little girl. 430am and the nurses think it’s an appropriate time to change trash when our 1 day old literally had just fallen asleep waking her up.

  93. The absolute worst hospital! Nurses are rude and awful on the cardiology floor. They have no consideration for a patient. They also don’t update family members! 101. WORST hospital possible. If you have time it’s your best interest to drive to Laramie. If you go in make a day of it because that’s how long it’ll take to even find anything out. And if you call expect to be lied too.

  107. Virtually empty upon arrival when we showed up. Took almost an hour to get into a triage room. Then almost 2 hours to get to a room. Nurses will check on you every 2 hours or so if they feel like it. Been waiting on a urinalysis for over 2 hours now. This place is ridiculous.

  108. Worst hospital ever. If you are in need of care you are better off to stay home and care for yourself. Absolutely no care or compassion from any employee of the hospital. If you are in need of EMERGENCY care be prepared for a 6 hour wait. …

  124. I have had many bad experiences with CRMC over the years but this last experience takes the cake. I was verbally and physically abused by an AAR nurse, and this nurse told my primary nurse that I was lying about my situation to get drugs. I have over 50 pages of medical notes for less than 12 hours and have obtained an attorney.

  125. Our recent experience with labor and delivery was phenomenal! Dr. Barnes and the nursing staff were amazing and knowledgeable. The anesthesiologist made the epidural process relatively quick and exceptionally effective. It really felt like …

While she was there.
