This location has some very rude and unprofessional doctor’s. I should have sued them last year over my fathers lack of care and the doctor’s lack of knowledge.

The staff in this Hospital are very well educated they are very friendly they get you in and out as quickly as possible with great care given to each individual.

I tried to call and make an appointment because I’m sick (not covid) and the receptionist was super rude and stuck up and wasn’t helpful at all. So I guess I won’t be going there ever.
I have never had a good experience at this hospital. From admitting all the way to the billing process it has been painful. I do my best to bypass this hospital and go some where else.
Terrible emergency room doctor. Arrogant unprofessional. He did NOTHING but literally make us feel stupid. We both left so mad and upset. Don’t waste your time going there.
Everyone was very pleasant and loved the attending physician Dr. Voor who was so kind and addressed my problem.
If there a chose to choose any hospital it would be st Vincent.they have always took best care to me.and all the staff there really care for there patients.always ask if i need anything like blanket.so St.vincent is my #1 hospital

we came here with twins and they didn’t do anything but take blood. they said this isn’t a baby hospital and pretty much told us not to come back. they said to take them to Children’s, but Children’s is 2 hours away and they are bad sick.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Everytime we have had to visit here the nurses have no communication skills and the wait is rediculas. This time waiting over 2 hours to get results of a xray on my sons foot. This place is awful.
Went in with rib pain, they never took my name or insurance info. Just asked me to have a seat and they would call me in a minute. I sat there in pain for 45 minutes until we decided to just go to Conway regional. This place is a joke. Glad I wasn’t having a heart attack
