Being over at 30 + yr customer of CEC, I’m glad that I had the opportunity to discover how the other “Board of Trustees” of an another electric cooperative operate!
I called in to have an account created, which they did. They also automatically enrolled me in some round up program that I never in a million years would have agreed to. I found it odd that the bill was an even number 2 bills in a row …

Very helpful with my problem. We got it taken care of in less 15 minutes. Very helpful.
Even with inflation, the erratic billing rates don’t make sense. No one on their support line seems to have any answers.
