  1. HORRIBLE experience. I was hit by a customer of this company, in working with them to get my car repaired I have been lied to, mistreated, ignored and overall have had a terrible customer service experience. Do not trust these people to help you.

  2. We have had 2 claims in the past 2 years and we had a quick response time to get these solved, even with the Covid pandemic. Someone is always ready and willing to help with any questions we have.

  4. Initial contact for information to make a decision on a policy for the Church was very informative and the response was very quick. A company rep even came to the Church tto answer any questions about the policy.
