  23. Terrible customer service. Their web site says that payments made online will show up on your account within 2 business days. I had several times where it didn’t show up in 1-2 weeks. I finally dropped this over priced, slow service. Internet in my cell phone is better than what I had with Cimtel.

  28. Have had the 10mg internet for 6mos. It’s not as bad as the reviews I’ve read. Haven’t had a single issue with it honestly, and it streams Netflix without issue along with running two phones, and/or a laptop on it.
