Horrible experience the nurses and medical staff don’t really know what they are talking about when it comes to skin care and medical advice or treatment I based this on going to another dermatologist who was able to help me. Also had a CO2 láser with Dr Ciocca herself and she was biased and did not really help me.
They are forcing Non existent masks Mandations on children or they cancel your appointment apparently… Front desk girl was absolutely rude As soon as she said her 1st sentence I knew I did not want to come back she continued to cancel appointment due to me not Want to talk to click a mask on my child
My aunt was ripped off at this clinic they basically took her money and not only did they charge her for anestesia but they didn’t apply it on her while doing her procedure ! Knowledgeable Dr. but be prepared to wait 2 hours plus. It is completely chaotic the way the staff over books the appointments. Huge number of young staff and a large turn around.

Great practice with multiple doctors. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very clean. Very organized. Take multiple insurances- call ahead for more info.
