We have this service at the church I pastor and my private home. I have nothing but good things to say about them at both places. We have had only a couple issues at the church in a two year period and one was related to weather (Hurricane Michael) and the other was fiber issue which they repaired in less than 24 hours!

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. The fiber service is better than business class fiber I’ve used in the past. The cows have better service here than another provider in Roanoke. Way to go. Great customer service also.
Our service is good right now, but I am really upset about losing my cable. I don’t want fiber or dish. I’m not the only person that feels this way. I don’t understand why you can’t choose to have fiber or cable.
I’m very happy with Citizens. I am a network engineer and live in Max Meadows. CenturyLink USED TO BE the only game in town. I went from 10×1 ( and very unstable ) being the only CL option to 75×10 with Citizens. They had to plant about 300 yards of cable from the road to my house. Very solid connection!!!
In the 2.5 years I have had fiber with CTC, I have only lost service once, and that was when someone next door cut the line with a shovel. CTC responded immediately and had it fixed that day. The install was great, with Tom going above and beyond to place the router where I wanted it. 10/10 highly recommend.

Internet is slow as a snail and the tv works about half of the time. Hardly worth the money.

Every time the wind blows or it rains my cable goes out sometimes for days this is what I pay 160.00 a month for wasting my hard earned money

They’ll illegally throttle your internet. They’ll take months to correct a problem. But you’re stuck with them. Sorry guys
