Well still sitting in waiting room we have been almost two hours and still haven’t called my wife back. They stuff you in here like cattle. Guess just shows the world we live in. This place sucks. Oh wait just was told two people still in front of my wife. Everyone in this room came in after us.

Dr. Legit team are a great team. They care about there patients you don’t have a long wait and they are professional about there work and I would recommend people to this office they ate great.

I’m currently, in the waiting room. came in at 8:05AM it now 11:15a.m. just call twice to sign paperwork and for a place that priorities in colonoscopy their chairs are small and uncomfortable. But they’ll smile at you as wait hungry in their in there lobby. two day not eating for this.
Your facility and the people in it are absolutely wonderful . Its about my 10th time going to Citrus and everyone is very polite and professional. And thank God I always come out with great results . Thsnk you for great service

Horrible! We got there at 9:00am Monday the 15th of July 2019. They took him in at 9:40. Everyone was gone from the waiting room by 12pm, and he still wasn’t taken into to the Colonoscopy exam. He literally sat there for 3:30 hours in prep ā¦
My experience was professional and pleasant with friendliness from nurses. The doctors talked to me ahead of the procedure and Dr Vanderzalm came and gave me the results afterwards.

Incompetent and inconsiderate of your time. We waited an additional 2.5 hrs because they “misplaced” the referral and need another copy. Yet they called twice to confirm appointment and confirm insurance info, never stated there was any ā¦

I had an endoscopy and subsequent esophageal dilation at the citrus center. I arrived at 11am and was done by 1 PM. I was impressed with staff- every person was friendly and had a smile on their face. Iāll be happily returning to this surgical center a few more times to complete my procedures.

Had been to this Surgery Center a couple of times and had always been treated with dignity and respect. Staff was always with you and explained each step of my procedure.
I felt rushed after my procedure because it was the day before Thanksgiving and I felt like everyone was trying to hurry up and get home! I mean I understand it’s a holiday but still make the patients feel like you care! But the procedure went well!
They got me in within a reasonable time. I was pretty dehydrated from the prep for my colonoscopy and the first two attempts to start my IV were unsuccessful, they called another nurse to do it and she was able to get the vein on the first ā¦

I go here for those “uncomfortable” procedures. The nurses are incredibly friendly and comforting. I’ve been seeing Dr. Feiner for over 10 years because he’s also caring and comforting. It’s extremely clean and they are strict with the covid policies.

My husband however had a difficult experience and woke up during his procedure. He is reluctent and overdue for another colonoscopy. somehow we will get him in for his checkup!
They did a good job on the colonoscopy- very professional- I think the follow up needs a little work- I had my colonoscopy on a Friday and the office was closed for weekend- I had some questions about recurring problems- they might want to consider having an rn or someone available to ask questions-

The front office was not friendly or helpful, the prep group made me feel very comfortable and then a month later came a bill for $1,215.85 that the insurance would not cover. Watch out for these GOUGERS. I will never go back it was not worth the cost.

Because of the Covid, once you enter (patient only) the receptionist will greet you. No temperature check was done on me, however, another patient had it done. She came after me but was greeted by another front desk person. Receptionist ā¦

Everything went well. I didnāt wait very long and everyone was pleasant. Once I got the Propofol, things went even faster and in a flash, I was done. I came around quickly, walked out and went home. No adverse reaction.

My appointment was for 9:30 and I was finally called in at 12:30 pm. Procedure went well, but the wait and experience prior to procedure wasnāt what I expected. Staff was nice.
Had an appointment at 0830; arrived early at 0810 to wait for the appointment past 0930. Waiting for an hour for a scheduled appointment is for sure a bad business deal. We donāt plan on returning ever. We will report to our medical service provider!
No signs on road to show where the building is, which was not obvious when driving. They need to put a sign up with an arrow. The front desk people were unfriendly and impolite. The only redeeming feature of this facility was a nurse named Desiree who was compassionate and very helpful.

Dr Ross seemed to be very informative and caring, staff was professional I was in and out in no time at all.
Dr. Legit team are a great team. They care about there patients you don’t have a long wait and they are professional about there work and I would recommend people to this office they ate great.

Horrible! We got there at 9:00am Monday the 15th of July 2019. They took him in at 9:40. Everyone was gone from the waiting room by 12pm, and he still wasn’t taken into to the Colonoscopy exam. He literally sat there for 3:30 hours in prep ā¦

I had an endoscopy and subsequent esophageal dilation at the citrus center. I arrived at 11am and was done by 1 PM. I was impressed with staff- every person was friendly and had a smile on their face. Iāll be happily returning to this surgical center a few more times to complete my procedures.

They got me in within a reasonable time. I was pretty dehydrated from the prep for my colonoscopy and the first two attempts to start my IV were unsuccessful, they called another nurse to do it and she was able to get the vein on the first ā¦

My husband however had a difficult experience and woke up during his procedure. He is reluctent and overdue for another colonoscopy. somehow we will get him in for his checkup!

The staff here are well qualified and it was obvious to me they enjoy caring for their patients. This was not my first time at Citrus and each visit has been the same, uneventful and very pleasant.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The check in process was efficient and mindful of the Covid-19 conditions. I felt safe and that my health and well being was being taken into consideration. ā¦

It feels like a doctors office when you walk in. Very drab waiting area with TV was off. Two ladies at a desk checking people in. These are the first impression and both are kind, I would suggest that there be a dress code, scrub top with ā¦

Because of the Covid, once you enter (patient only) the receptionist will greet you. No temperature check was done on me, however, another patient had it done. She came after me but was greeted by another front desk person. Receptionist ā¦

The staff was lovely, and things went smoothly the day of. However I was sent my biopsy results in the mail, with no explanations. No āthis is what we will do next.ā Just a price of paper with words I had to google to get any meaning out of, and my phone calls have gone unreturned to discuss them.

From the staff at the front desk to the nurses and techs in the preop/recovery area everyone was very pleasant. Having a procedure can cause high anxiety and when you’re being pushed through like cattle it will make the experience much worse! The fore mentioned was definitely NOT my experience at Citrus. Everything went well. I didnāt wait very long and everyone was pleasant. Once I got the Propofol, things went even faster and in a flash, I was done. I came around quickly, walked out and went home. No adverse reaction.

Although I was a little nervous, the staff was calm and assured me that all would go well. I had interaction with approximately 5-6 different medical staff and each one was great. I arrived at 10.30 for a 1100 o’clock appointment and they start the precides at 4.30. to many hours of waiting……but the staff is very good…..

My appointment was for 9:30 and I was finally called in at 12:30 pm. Procedure went well, but the wait and experience prior to procedure wasnāt what I expected. Staff was nice.
Had an appointment at 0830; arrived early at 0810 to wait for the appointment past 0930. Waiting for an hour for a scheduled appointment is for sure a bad business deal. We donāt plan on returning ever. We will report to our medical service provider!
Well, we love the staff there. They are very courteous and helpful. The facility is extremely clean and the doctor is great.
No signs on road to show where the building is, which was not obvious when driving. They need to put a sign up with an arrow. The front desk people were unfriendly and impolite. The only redeeming feature of this facility was a nurse named Desiree who was compassionate and very helpful.
Everyone at the center was so helpful and compassionate with such an uncomfortable situation! I was scared
and nervous but when it came time for the procedure, I was completely calm!
If you have a choice, do not go there.
If you have schedule a procedure, they will call you one hour before to tell you to come one hour later because they are running behind and when you get there I ā¦
My whole experience there was 100% a five star rating. I thought everybody was awesome you had excellence in customer care!!!!! Iām always afraid of the IV and the nurse put it in the first time it was awesome I was so relieved!!!!!

I had pleasant experience when I arrived the staff members were nice and made sure I was comfortable before and after my procedure . It was quick and it was done before I knew it I was in the recovery room.
There was a long wait that day but everyone was nice. I did lose my ring and I donāt know how, just know that I had it when I went in and when I got home I didnāt have it, and I didnāt stop any where else š very sad about that but everything else was fine
This was my first time using this facility. The check in process was very smooth. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They checked and double checked all my information, explained all aspects in detail. There were no issues with the procedure. After the staff was sure I was ready. I was walked to the pickup area.
The waiting room was very crowded due to allowing family members in. Very few people had masks on: felt very unprotected. In the back, everyone was wonderful and attentive!
I didnāt feel the sense of professional with the staff member Michelle. She is very short and borderline rude! I had a colonoscopy done in the Ocoee office and the customer service and empathy, understanding is completely day and night! Any future procedures, definitely go to the Ocoee office has the staff that is professional

Horrible Experience! The waiting room was packed with people like sardines. They were 2 hours behind on appointments. The office staff was rude, especially the office manager with ZERO customer service. They handed dirty iPads over and over ā¦
