They do not answer the phone properly and the emergency line is no help at all. What is the point of an emergency line if they cannot assist and just argue back with you?

Contrary to many reviews, I want to thank Electric City Utilities. I left a message asking for help with a problem, fearing I might wait days for a response. Within 15 minutes, I had a return call. This does not minimize other people’s experience, but this was mine.
The trash guy on our route consistently moves and drops our trashcan in the middle of our drive way. Very annoying to have to get out of my car to have to move it so I can pull off the road.
They are the highest water company in Anderson County. My Sewer alone is $70. Water bill is always over $125 for 2 people. Past month was $145.. customer service sucks. Maybe Beverly needs to go back to school to learn how to talk to people. But the way my water is nasty. Color is muddy looking. I would never drink. It.
Disconnected water service. When payment was made. Customer service is very poor. Regardless of what someone situation is doesn’t give you the right to be rude. Learn how to respect people.
