Never answer the phone its Cumby it’s not very big plus I had a ticket for not changing my dl which was about to expire in November got ticket in October then I plead not guilty to it never received a court date now I owe them for this

Literally just got a ticket can’t pay it online because it’s not in the system. Tried calling on a Thursday! Literally like 20 times. No answer! This is all well before 4pm a SOLID HOUR before they close
its a ghost town, police is never at the station they will ask you to call sulphur springs for help which is 30 minutes away from cumby, worst court service, they will give you court date at 5:30pm and the court will be locked when you show up for court date, i have experienced the same issue on 3 different court date.
Thieves and vandals! The definitely use Interstate 30 for a speed trap and money mill. Who is else would be camped out in pouring down, blinding rain, where you can’t see more than a 2 feet in front of you… They write tickets, don’t give court dates, and then send out threats about warrants 4 years later! Who does this???

Called on Monday June 13 and spoke with Rita about a really old ticket. She was great and helped get everything cleared up quickly.
