The employee at Lebanon utilities knew we had just had a new home built. They did not inform us or our builders that we had to purchase a sprinkler meter. With that being the case our 1st water and sewage bill was $1,178. I don’t trust Lebanon utilities. Our 1st bill was higher than our mortgage
They are nice and polite most of the time. Lebanon Utilities is also known to work with people who are actively trying to communicate with them if they need extra time to pay their bill.
They are helpful in getting you set up with your electrical account and when you need it disconnected they’re prompt in turning it off.The staff is also courteous kind and respectful.
I hit a hard patch, lights got turned off, I immediately went in and paid my bill soon as I got an advance on my pay check, like today, within minutes of my son calling me about my power being shut off… left work immediately to pay it …
Called up there and said “I need to disconnect my service as of the 15th” and the lady goes ok…really rude and then proceeds to say “how can I help you?” I don’t understand what about my statement was confusing. Retrain your employees about their customer service skills. So glad I’m moving away from here.
I have to buy a book of checks just to attach it to the auto pay. Won’t let me hand write info, and were absolutely not friendly or helpful with this issue. I can’t seem to submit online, and no one in the office would help in the least …
They’re always so nice and helpful even if you keep calling they still continue to be polite and answer all your questions and their prices are much better than surrounding town’s prices. No complaints and we have had them for two years. If you pay your bills on time you have no trouble at all.
When they changed our meter it almost doubled our Utility Bill. They place a metal pole 15ft from our front door and they Attorney for them and the Director did not tell us the truth they blamed it on Duke Energy. …
Good friendly staff. Your website when first entering on Android gives a non secure website sign left of the URL. But… After going to “pay your bill”, the site secures itself. Easy online payment system! And when I’ve called or gone inside (before Covid) very good customer servicd!!
They always keep it nice and clean. If you have a problem you may call the owner and he’s right here to fix the issue.
